To prevent fraudulent orders, we CANNOT offer a full or partial refund of your course subscription once you have purchased your subscription, logged into your account, and accessed any of your course materials (e.g., crash course videos, webinars, strategic FAQs & tips).
However, written refund requests will be honored if they are received within 48 hours of the start of your subscription (i.e., your purchase date & time), but only if we verify that you have not accessed any of your course materials.
Please note that, if we can cancel any book orders associated with your subscription prior to their shipment, you will receive a refund in full. The cost of any book orders (including shipping & handling) that have already shipped, however, will be deducted from the refund amount. For refund requests in which a book order is returned within 10 days of the shipment date, the cost of the book order will also be refunded minus a $30 restocking fee.
